Strategic Skills Development Specialists (SSDS) is a training institute with a difference.

We strive to bridge the gap by creating employment through training for South African disabled learners.

We aim to change the lives of disabled learners and underprivileged youth and empower black female ownership by equipping them with the strategic skills they need to achieve better circumstances and a better chance at life.

In our 11 years of operation, we have provided a considerable amount of training in KwaZulu-Natal and other provinces. Our learnerships and accredited training programmes have helped and placed individuals across South Africa. With a growing success rate, we have seen SSDS learners advance to the next level of our programme and gain permanent employment upon completion of the programme.

SSDS is proudly black disabled female-owned. Strategic skills is an empowering supplier which encourages black female ownership through our training.

With our learners, it is not about keeping them as 'career learners'; we strive to match our learners to the best employers for them. Although we focus on people with disabilities, our goal is to open the marketplace to people without disabilities to provide more opportunities.

Businesses like yours have made a life-changing impact on the lives of those who need it the most, as well as helping maximise EE, B-BBEE and skills development needs of organisations.

Our goal is to make our learners more self-sustainable and able to contribute to their communities. SSDS does this by matching learners to the best lead employers, ensuring that both parties get the most out of the partnership.
